Shipping & Returns Policy

Luxe by Nature®️ offers standard and express delivery throughout Australia.   We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (unless notified otherwise) by Australia Post.


RATES

Standard Post – FREE over $65 ($12.50 flat rate for orders under $65)
Express Post – FREE over $130 ($15.50 flat rate for orders under $130

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are charged a flat rate of $30 for delivery. International shipping is not included in our free shipping offer.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. It’s not usually the case but keep in mind. In the event this happens, the recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.

Luxe by Nature®️ is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages.  Items sent via Australia Post are not automatically covered for loss or damage. If there is a problem, Luxe by Nature will do it’s best to rectify the problem  

Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Luxe by Nature®️ or Australia Post. Luxe by Nature®️ is not responsible for an order once it is in the Australia Post system.

To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that you have the correct information at the time of ordering  

RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@luxebynature.com.au and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Luxe by Nature®️ does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully. 

If there is an issue with your order (incomplete, incorrect, or damaged), please email the following information to hello@luxebynature.com.au within 48 hours, and we will guide you through the replacement process. Please provide the following details in the email.

- Your order number

- The item you ordered

- Incorrect item you received

-Photo of damaged item if applicable and attached to email.

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credited if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Australia

We use Australia Post for our standard and express deliveries which take approximately 1-7 days to deliver Australia wide. Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends.

Delivery timeframes can vary over the public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services. Please expect delays on estimated delivery times and customer service response from delivery providers. Thank you for your consideration.

 International orders are approximately 8-12 days.

Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below the threshold, free shipping does not apply.

PROMOTIONS

While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time frame. If you have difficulty in processing any promotions, please contact us. Follow us on Instagram for the latest promotions.

Deliveries to all other countries are via Australia Post. All our standard deliveries include tracking notifications.

International Express – Estimated arrival in 8-10 business days between major metro areas

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do ship internationally. Use our currency conversion at the bottom of our home page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply enter this number into the Australia Post tracking website. This link is also in the email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY INFORMATION?

Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

You will receive your tracking information once dispatched. Please sign up to the MyPost tool auspost.com.au/mypost/ to redirect your parcel.

If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks but Australia Post will eventually return the package to us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

If your package has been 'stuck in transit' for longer than expected please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with Australia Post. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate.

If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, there will be a $12.50 postage fee.

WHAT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEND AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED?

In the rare instance that we are unable to supply an item on your order, rather than delay dispatch we will send all other items and provide a refund for the value of the short supplied item. You will be notified of this via email and we will let you know the date that the item will be back in stock.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.
